On November 2, Partner John Doroghazi will present at the American Bar Association‘s 46th Annual Forum on Franchising.

John will present the workshop titled, “The Litigation Before the Litigation.” This workshop will focus on considerations attorneys and clients must explore when drafting forum selection clauses in the franchise agreement and making forum selection decisions.
