On July 10, 2024, Partner Jody Erdfarb will co-present “Briefing on New Laws in 2024 Impacting Home Care Compliance” for the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home.

Jody and her co-presenters will discuss two top priority bills (Senate Bill 1 and House Bill 5001) that passed during the 2024 Legislative Session. The panel will cover the highlights of the home care portions of these bills as well as legal interpretive guidance for compliance.
