CBIA Employment Law Conference
On October 29th, Partner Lawrence Peikes will present on the topic of managing political speech before and after the election. He will discuss what employers can do to manage the discourse and quell the resulting conflict, how religious freedoms compete with opposing First Amendment rights, and if they have a place in a private workplace. Employers will also learn the legal limits of their ability to restrict political speech at work and leave with a plan they can implement both before and after the election results.
