On May 10, 2023, Counsel Laura Ann Froning will present “Changing Tides: Maritime Legal Landscape” at the American Institute of Marine Underwriters‘ 25th Marine Insurance Issues Seminar.

Laura Ann will give an overview of recent changes in maritime legislation, including the Small Passenger Vessel Liability Fairness Act, Choice of Law Clauses, Ocean Shipping Reform Act (OSRA) of 2022, and Louisiana Department of Insurance Advisory Letter 2023-01 regarding defense costs within the limits of a liability insurance policy.
