Wiggin and Dana attorneys, Patti Melick and Monica Kolinsky, will be presenting at a UConn Technology Incubation Program (TIP) Lunch & Learn titled, Collaborative Research, Development and Commercialization Agreements: Key Business & Legal Considerations to Achieve Objectives, Retain Value and Facilitate Deals, on October 9, 2018.

This presentation will focus on formulating successful partnering arrangements for start-up companies and new ventures. In particular, they will address the fundamentals of intellectual property license agreements and explain contractual terms that are customary in partnering and license agreements.
