Wiggin and Dana partners and Co-Chairs of the Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group, Erika Amarante and Kevin Budge, and associate Lara Ann Keller, will be speaking at the Connecticut Society for Healthcare Risk Management meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Their Medical Liability Update 2018 presentation will provide a broad overview of highlights of medical liability law from 2018. There will be a review of legislation, case law, verdicts and settlements as well as a discussion of risk management themes.
