On October 21, 2024, Partner Daniela Badiola Spanos will be presenting at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) online webinar titled, “Corporate Practice: MCLE BasicsPlus!” The course, which is eligible for CLE credit, will consist of a variety of topics including an analysis of legal and strategic issues in structuring an acquisition. Daniela will co-present “Choice of Entity” with Nicholas Romanos of Foley Hoag LLP. They will discuss the forms in which businesses are organized and the factors that should be taken into account in choosing the appropriate form of organization for a particular business, including tax treatment.
