Wiggin and Dana Counsel and member of the firm’s Corporate Practice, Giuseppe Scaravilli, along with Associate, Jacqueline Yuan, is partnering with the SOSA start-up accelerator for its current cohorts of companies from abroad to present a fireside chat at SOSA’s Chelsea office on Wednesday, June 28.

Giuseppe and Jacqueline will discuss corporate law considerations for foreign entrepreneurs interested in expanding their U.S. client base, selecting the right entity type when forming in the U.S., developing standardizing contracts with customers and clients, and other legal and corporate governance considerations when hiring, fundraising and establishing a presence in the U.S.
