Fiduciary Litigation Update
Steven Malech, partner at Wiggin and Dana, and Robert Sitkoff, Professor of Law at Harvard University, gave a presentation called “Fiduciary Litigation Update.”
The presentation covered the following four areas:
- Interference with inheritance;
- Disputes over trust assets in divorce;
- The decanting of trusts in the divorce context and related issues; and
- Disputes concerning estate or trust owned family/closely held businesses.
