On May 14, Partner Jody Erdfarb presented “Fraud and Abuse Enforcement Update for Dentists” at the CT State Dental Association’s 158th Annual Charter Oak Dental Meeting.

Jody discussed the common ways dental providers become targeted in federal or state fraud investigations, including whistleblower complaints and Medicaid audits, and provided tips for mitigating the risks.
