On May 2, 2024, Partners Jolie Apicella and Jody Erdfarb will present “Fraud Enforcement Update” at the New England Home Care & Hospice Conference and Trade Show.

Jolie and Jody will discuss updates in home health and hospice compliance and fraud enforcement including settlements, Supreme Court cases and DOJ policies on self-disclosures. Participants will learn best practices for compliance, including an understanding of survey responses, enforcement priorities and guardrails.
