On October 30, 2024, Partner Giuseppe Scaravilli will participate in a panel discussion at CliftonLarsonAllen’s (CLA) office titled, “From Term Sheet to Close — Fundraising Insights for Startups.” Giuseppe and his co-panelists will explore the legal, tax, and financing considerations for different types of capital raises, including equity financing, debt financing, and convertible notes. They will also examine the key terms to look for in a term sheet, including valuation, dilution, liquidation preferences, and anti-dilution provisions.
