On June 10, 2020, Intellectual Property Partner Michael Kasdan and Corporate/Emerging Companies Partner Len Gray will participate in a Zoom presentation hosted by Antler and present to Antler’s portfolio company’s founders on the topic of “IP for Startups…and Some Corporate Too.” Mike and Len will share their insights on how entrepreneurs can issue spot and be strategic as to offensive and defensive patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret issues, as well as speak to corporate issues regarding formation and product launch.
