IP Issues in Business Transactions 2021
On January 4 and 5, 2021, Partner Kenneth Cho will Co-Chair the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s two-day live webcast entitled, “IP Issues in Business Transactions 2021.” This is Kenneth’s third year Co-Chairing the program.
This year, he will be speaking on the following panels:
- “New IP Issues Impacting Business Transactions: Patents”;
- “Critical License Terms: A Clause-by-Clause Review”; and
- “IP Issues in International Business Transactions”
Partner Joseph Casino will participate as a speaker on the panel entitled “Artificial Intelligence, Data and Information Rights as Assets in Business Transactions.”
