Key Differences Between Appeals in the Second Circuit and Connecticut’s Appellate Courts
About the Program 
This program will provide an overview and comparison of the appeal processes in the Second Circuit and the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts. The Chief Clerk for the Supreme and Appellate Courts and a clerk from the Second Circuit will present the basics for filing your appeal papers. Appellate Court Chief Judge Joseph P. Flynn, Supreme Court Justice Richard Palmer, and United States District Court Judge Stefan R. Underhill (who sits on the Second Circuit frequently by designation) will be available to field questions.
