Wiggin and Dana Partners Joseph Grasso, David Hall and Michael Thompson will be presenting a program titled, “Legal Implications of Electronic Communications” for the International Underwriting Association. Their program will provide attendees with an overview of the legal implications arising from electronic communications, including the risks inherent in the use of email (and avoiding “smoking guns”); maintaining confidentiality and privilege in electronic communications; cyber security and vulnerability; and other compliance concerns.
