On February 26, 2024, Partner Toby Bannon participated in the “Legal Issues in Clinical Trials” panel at the Accelerator for Biosciences in Connecticut’s (ABCT) bootcamp for startup founders. Toby discussed legal issues in contractual agreements with hospitals and clinicians conducting clinical trials. He also provided an overview of regulation impacting clinical trials and structuring clinical trial strategies, along with their legal ramifications.
