On November 4, 2025, Partners Joseph Grasso and Michael Kenny will present “Legal Updates on Waiver Enforceability & “Nuclear” Verdicts” at the Water Sports Industry Association’s 2025 Parasail Operators Symposium.

Joe and Michael will provide an update on waiver enforceability and discuss risk avoidance measures, as well as recent jury verdicts.
