On September 25, 2024, Wiggin and Dana will host the Licensing Executives Society’s (LES) NY/NJ chapter at its New York office for a panel discussion titled, “Challenges with Structuring Technology and Life Science Deals”. Partner Joe Casino will participate in the panel and he and his co-panelists will discuss the common challenges and hurdles that arise when negotiating and executing IP based deals across technology and life sciences.
