On October 24, 2023, Partner Joseph Grasso and Associate Leah Mantei will present “Manuscript Policies: Legal Considerations” for the Inland Marine Underwriters Association.

The topics to be covered include regulatory considerations; roles of insured, broker and underwriters; and issues of interpretation. There will be a number of case studies/lessons learned on this last topic (with reference to recent court decisions) and time for Q&A.
