Wiggin and Dana Partner Sarvesh Mahajan will be speaking at the Fourteenth Annual Institute on Privacy and Data Security Law held in New York City. His presentation on Negotiating Privacy and Security Contract Terms, will discuss key privacy and security issues, contract terms that need to be included and negotiation strategies with trading partners. He will also review allocating compliance obligations and liability for regulatory requirements and monitoring compliance.
