Own the Deal: A Panel on Venture Financing Transactions

On June 13, 2022, Associate Jermaine Brookshire, Jr. will moderate and present a panel featuring Partner Adam Silverman, Counsel R.J. Kornhaas, and General Counsel at Commonfund, Sharad Samy, at the Connecticut Bar Association’s 2022 Connecticut Legal Conference on the topic of venture capital financings in a program entitled, “Own the Deal: A Panel on Venture Financing Transactions.” This event will occur in person at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT at 9:00 AM. The panelists will present on the foundations of venture capital financing transactions through a discussion on navigating common challenges to reach closing and will discuss, from their experiences, how best to aid clients in their funding efforts as well as offer practical tips on being a “value-add” to the deal.
