On October 16, 2023, Partner Michael Kasdan will be speaking at The New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Second Global Law Symposium on a panel titled, “Understanding the Impact of Web3/Metaverse/Digital Assets and Currency on Legal Practice Areas Around the World: NFTs & Blockchain when Do Trademark and Copyright Issues Arise?” The day will be broken into six topics, with Mike discussing alongside two other panel chairs and three speakers about the impact of legal issues in the digital age of NFTs, Blockchain and more.
