On September 28, 2023, Partner Michael Kasdan will be a panelist on Licensing Executives Society’s (LES) New Jersey chapter event, “Understanding Intellectual Property Issues Surrounding Generative AI: Navigating Innovation, Rights, and Challenges Across Law, Art, Technology, and Pharma.” The panel will discuss how Generative AI is transforming law, content creation, technology and pharmaceuticals. While also discussing Intellectual property rights and challenges associated with the rising technology.
