On Thursday 25, 2021, Partner Michael Menapace will present in a Zoom program for the Hartford County Business Association (HCBA)’s Insurance Law Committee on the topic of “Business Interruption Insurance Coverage and The State of COVID-19 Insurance Claims.”

This program is designed for lawyers and judges new to business interruption insurance coverage, and will provide an overview of business interruption coverage, including common policy provisions, claims scenarios, limitations, etc., and a report card on the state of COVID-19 litigation after one year.
