On November 4, 2024, Partners Giuseppe Scaravilli and Kate Cassidy presented a legal workshop titled, “Navigating the US Legal Landscape: An Initial Guide for International Startups” to a Spanish cybersecurity cohort at SOSA’s New York offices. Giuseppe and Kate discussed corporate structure and entity formation, business contracts, capital raising strategies, intellectual property and other legal areas of consideration.

SOSA is a startup accelerator that expands international companies into new markets, creating a bridge to the corporate innovation landscape.
