This panel explored the recent developments affecting universities including the possible extension of the Supreme Court decision barring consideration of race in university admissions, the implications of the so-called “side door” admissions exposed in the Operation Varsity Blues admission scandals, and how universities can address student and other misconduct.

Partner Jeff Babbin served on the 2024 Boston Planning Committee. Both Aaron and Jeff are Fellows of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
