Wiggin and Dana is once again co-sponsoring a meeting of the Talent Acquisition Knowledge Network. The next session, which will take place on January 23, 2020, will focus on avoiding legal pitfalls in the hiring process.

Wiggin and Dana Partner, Christine Salmon Wachter, will lead an interactive presentation regarding legal pitfalls in the hiring process. Attendees will learn how to avoid mistakes in the screening process, non-compliant application materials and small talk snafus; and how to mitigate these mistakes if they do happen.
