- Telehealth cases and settlements for post-pandemic enforcement trends of the DOJโs nationwide coordinated law enforcement action to combat telemedicine, laboratory and durable equipment fraud
- CMSโs proposed changes to Medicare telehealth policies
- Establish practices and procedures to comply with the alert towards mitigating potential FCA and AKS risks
