On May 21, 2020, Wiggin and Dana Partner Jody Erdfarb presented alongside Nicholas Mercandante, CEO of PursueCare, in a webinar for the Connecticut Bar Association on the timely topic, “Telehealth: Understanding the Basics and the Recent COVID-19 Related Changes.”

This webinar explored the benefits of telehealth and the legal implications that need to be considered by attorneys when advising telehealth providers.
