On March 26, 2024, Partner Jody Erdfarb will co-present “Telemedicine Series Part II: Enforcement Trends in Telehealth” for the American Health Law Association.

Jody and her co-panelists will explore current trends in criminal and civil telehealth enforcement to better understand provider risks and mitigation strategies. They will also discuss government priorities, recent cases, OIG reports, and the 2022 OIG special fraud alert regarding telemedicine.
