On December 18, 2020, Partners Mary Gambardella and Lawrence Peikes will lead a discussion for CELESQ on “The COVID-19 Workplace: Challenges Now and For the Future.”

In this one-hour presentation, Mary and Lawrence will address issues relating to remote working arrangements, including ADA accommodations, wage/hour issues, and medical testing of returning workers. They will also touch on the types of claims already being raised by employees during the pandemic.
