On November 6, 2020, Partner Michael Menapace will participate in a virtual “Lunch & Learn” to discuss “What Remote Attorneys Need to Know to Minimize Cyber Risks.”

Cyberattacks have spiked 600% during the pandemic. Attorneys have legal and ethical obligations to maintain the security – and confidentiality – of client information. This sensitive information is at heightened risk when using home networks. The American Bar Associations (ABA)’s panel of experts will discuss network and data security from both solo and large firm perspectives and identify best practices for mitigating risk.
