On May 9, 2023, Partner Carolyn Reers will join Maira Martini, Research and Policy Expert at Transparency International and Alexander Malden, Research Officer at the International Monetary Fund to present “Transparency of Beneficial Ownership” at the 2023 FATF Private Sector Consultative Forum.

The panel will discuss FATF’s new recommendations regarding transparency in beneficial ownership, and Carolyn will address the U.S. perspective and the recently enacted U.S. Corporate Transparency Act.
