On September 13, 2022, Partner Michael Clear will be a speaker at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel’s (“ACTEC”) New England Regional Meeting in Rockport, Maine. He will be discussing the trust flexibility tools and strategies available to trustees and trust beneficiaries when trusts could benefit from modifying its underlying terms. The ACTEC New England Regional Meeting will offer leading trust and estate speakers and in-person networking opportunities.
