Wiggin and Dana partner, Erika Amarante, and associate, Laura Ann Keller Froning, are presenting the webinar, “Wrongful Death Before Birth,” on September 17. Erika and Laura Ann will review the circumstances under which an unborn fetus might assert a claim for wrongful death due to medical negligence. The presentation will also discuss the varying thresholds for recognizing such a claim, the legal consequences of such thresholds, and how attorneys who defend these lawsuits might approach a claim for wrongful death before birth.
