This panel will explore the November 2012 sale of a closely-held, middle-market business in the healthcare services industry to a publicly-traded conglomerate. Wiggin and Dana advised the business owners in the planning and execution of the deal as part of a team of advisors that included wealth managers at Goldman Sachs and investment bankers at Houlihan & Lockey.
