Young ACG CT Content Series | The Anatomy of the Deal, Part 2
Associate Robert J. Kornhaas will act as a panelist on June 25 in an Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Virtual Event titled, “Young ACG CT Content Series | The Anatomy of the Deal, Part 2.”
The panel will be moderated by Jason DeLaurentis of Lockton Companies. Robert’s co-panelists include Vice President of Belden Hill Partners, Anthony Macaluso,; MiddleGround Capital Vice President, Ryan McComb; and DeCruze and Company LLP Partner, Michael DeCruze.
Attendees will learn “best practices and potential pitfalls from experienced deal makers on how to make a difference in this important stage in a transaction process.”
“The Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth offers Young ACG for professionals age 35 and younger involved in corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Young ACG CT’s objective is to (1) build a strong membership base of professionals age 35 and under involved in middle market corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, (2) provide programs, events and networking opportunities for its members while assisting and promoting the goals of the greater ACG CT chapter.”
