The role involves performing conflict searches and analysis on new business to ensure compliance with firm procedures, as well as assisting with due‑diligence inquiries on prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and preferably experience in a law firm environment and with Intapp software.
