Wiggin and Dana LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate for our Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York office locations. Qualified candidates will have 3 to 6 years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with Venture Capital or M&A is required, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired.
Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors. The target base pay range for this role is $180,000-$260,000.
