Wiggin and Dana seeks a detail-oriented, intellectually curious Research Specialist to join its Knowledge and Research Services Department. This role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert on company, industry, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, and related research. The successful candidate will conduct a wide range of research and analysis, manage current awareness and monitoring projects, contribute substantially to experience management and artificial intelligence initiatives, and perform other tasks in support of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. Someone who collaborates effectively across departments, approaches problem solving creatively, and adapts readily to evolving research tools and technologies will excel in this position.
