2025 New England Legal Awards Recognize Wiggin and Dana in Multiple Categories
Wiggin and Dana is proud to announce that multiple attorneys and practice groups have been recognized by the New England Legal Awards. James I. Glasser won the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, while Rachel E. Canna and Zeynep E. Vallance were named winners in the Rising Star category. Our litigation department won Litigation Department of the Year in these specialty categories: Insurance and White Collar/Compliance.ย The firm was also nominated as a finalist for recognition in General Litigation for the ninth year in a row, Appellate, and Labor, Employment, and Benefits. As for attorney nominations, Jonathan M. Freiman was named a finalist for Attorney of the Year. ย Other finalists include Anthony D. Sabatelli, Ph.D, for Intellectual Property Attorney of the Year, Jack H. Sousa for Legal Innovator and Disruptor of the Year, and Mark S. Kaduboski for M&A Attorney of the Year. Additionally, the firm itself was also nominated as a finalist for Law Firm of the Year.
The final winners will be announced at the 2025 New England Legal Awards ceremony, held on October 23, 2025, at The Westin, Copley Plaza in Boston. The ceremony honors attorneys and judges who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession throughout New England. Submissions from attorneys and firmsย across the region were reviewed to determine the winners.
