Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (ALAS) Leadership Development Workshop

Wiggin and Dana partners Robin Abbate, Mike Clear, Tadgh Dooley, Najia Khalid, and Rebecca Matthews represented the firm at the Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (ALAS) Leadership Development Workshop held in collaboration with Harvard Law School Executive Education on October 17, 2019 in New York, NY. Scott Westfahl, Director of Harvard Law School Executive Education, presented an insightful half-day workshop on effective law firm management skills related to communication, motivation, conflict resolution, talent management and evaluation, and executive decision-making.
