Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Jana Simon, was featured in the Law360 article titled, “How Law Firms Can Develop A Diversity Action Plan.” In this article, Jana discusses the importance of a DEI strategic plan and provides strategies for ensuring long-lasting systemic change. Jana states, “action plans provide the cohesion, structure, accountability and prioritization needed to make real progress,” and “DEI progress also requires everyone’s participation, which action plans facilitate by providing a standard vocabulary, framework and pathway for success.”
