DRI Appoints Wiggin and Dana Partner Erika Amarante as “Diversity and Inclusion” Chair

Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Erika Amarante has been appointed by DRI as Medical Liability Committee Diversity and Inclusion Chair. This is the first time DRI has created a position for the purpose of promoting their Diversity and Inclusion goals.

In her new role, Erika will ensure the advancement of DRI’s diversity and inclusion goals, including but not limited to outreach opportunities and volunteer work for Committee members who come from diverse backgrounds, as well as women and LGBTQ members; identifying opportunities of advancement for diverse members within the Committee; and development of an agenda for presentation and publication opportunities.

Erika will serve as the Medical Liability Committee Diversity and Inclusion (DI) Chair for at least two years, and may serve longer if approved by the Committee Chair.
