Howard Wizenfeld Joins Wiggin and Dana’s Intellectual Property Practice as a Partner in the New York Office
Wiggin and Dana LLP is pleased to announce that Howard Wizenfeld has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property practice in New York. Howard brings extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and transactions.
He specializes in patent litigation in the electrical engineering, telecommunications, artificial intelligence and other computer science technologies, with additional experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical matters. Howard also advises corporations in computer and wireless telecommunications, life sciences, automotive, artificial intelligence, fintech, music publishing, retail, cybersecurity, professional services, and food and beverage industries on a broad range of intellectual property matters. His work includes drafting and negotiating complex IP agreements for mergers and acquisitions, carve‑outs, venture capital investments, joint ventures, spinoffs, financings, restructurings, and other complex transactions, as well as patent, know‑how, trademark, data, SaaS, and fintech agreements.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Howard served as a Special Counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
Howard earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
