Inside P&C reports on Michael Menapace’s Presentation at III’s 2021 Joint Industry Forum

Partner Michael Menapace was a featured speaker at the Insurance Information Institute’s (III) 2021 Joint Industry Forum. Mr. Menapace is a Non-resident Scholar at III. Mr. Menapace spoke about social inflation and runaway litigation and addressed such topics as the reptile theory of litigation, commercial trucking insurance trends, the increase of video surveillance, and legislative changes to workers’ compensation insurance.
