Law 360 Reports on Wiggin and Dana’s Win in Boscov’s v. American Guarantee and Liability Ins. Co.

Law 360 featured an article on Boscov’s Department Store v. American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co. Partner Michael Menapace, Counsel Susan M. Kennedy, and Associate Catherine M. Baiocchi represented American Guarantee and Liability Ins. Co. in the case involving Boscov’s Department Store Inc. and their alleged financial losses following the COVID-19 Pandemic. The federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania agreed with Wiggin and Dana’s arguments and dismissed Boscov’s claims.
