“Music Rights Group’s Portfolio Undesirable, Google Says”

Partner Kevin Smith and Associate David Norman-Schiff were mentioned in a Law360 article on August 7 titled, “Music Rights Group’s Portfolio Undesirable, Google Says.”

The article reports on music streaming giants’ and other industry participants’ motion to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit by Jake P. Noch’s Pro Music Rights LLC, which according to Law360 “accuses virtually the entire music streaming industry of coming together to shut PMR out of the market.”
