Partner Frank Duffin Quoted in ManagingIP Article on INTA’s Metaverse and NFT White Papers
On April 21, 2023, Partner Frank Duffin was quoted in ManagingIP‘s article titled, “Counsel eye TM harmonisation for metaverse and NFT’s.” The article discusses the issues addressed in INTA’s metaverse and NFT white papers released on April 14, 2023.
Frank explains that the white papers are helpful, noting that INTA has done its best to consider all the issues and states, “Anyone who practices in this area or who wants to know about it can get some good education by reading them.”
